Cancellation Policy
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability and any request of cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at info@konexiontours.com
72 hours prior the service: 100 % refund - 48 hours prior the service: 50 % refund - 24 hours prior the service: no refund
When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, Alhambra & Generalife of Granada, Cathedral and Royal Fortress in Seville...) in case of cancellation, we will keep the amount paid for these tickets.
Any interruption of the tour, during its delivery, at the client´s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
Please be respectful and be on time for our tour, allow extra time to locate our meeting point and to park if you come by car. Please arrive on time otherwise you may be liable to miss the tour. If you arrive late for the tour, we cannot guarantee that you can join our tour once started and you will not receive a refund and not receive the tickets for the monuments.
