Booking Conditions
At www.visitcordoba.travel we offer you the possibility to make reservations for activities, experiences and guided tours, own products of Visit Cordoba by Konexion Tours and sometimes from other companies. In this section we provide information on the conditions governing the bookings.

Price and Payment Method

The prices that appear on the Website may be changed without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed. Regarding the way of payment, and unless otherwise indicated, these can be done by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. Remember that, whenever you want, you can request an invoice that we will send you by e-mail.

Refounds and cancellations

In accordance with current consumer legislation, once you have completed the contract you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal due to the nature of the services. However, Visit Cordoba by Konexion Tours offers you the possibility of canceling the reservation in advance, in which case the following amounts will be charged, with the appropriate considerations regarding taxes and exchange rates:

Cancellation requested before 10 days of the activity: no cancellation fee
Cancellation requested between 9 and 3 days before the activity: 10% cancellation fee
Cancellation requested 2 days before the activity: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation requested 1 day before the activity: 100% cancellation fee
No show on the day of the visit or activity: 100% No Show charge

Important note: You must arrive at the meeting point of the visit or activity at least 5 minutes before the departure of the walking tour with your reservation document, the Confirmation Voucher that we send you by e-mail, you can bring it printed or on your Smart Phone to show it to our staff but especially to check shedule of the departure and meeting point

Customers who arrive late to our departure point will not be accepted on the tour, no refund will be applied and tickets to monuments will not be provided, you must be punctual and allow sufficient time to locate the departure point and park the vehicle if you dont walking, remember that parking is difficult in cities and especially in the Old Town.

Some of these conditions could be modified for a specific activity or walking tour, in each case the details of that modification will be specified prior the confirmation.

Modifications of activities or guided tours

If you want to change the day of the tour, you must notify it to us in advance by sending an e-mail to info@konexiontours.com, specifying the details of the current reservation and indicating the new date you want to do the tour, and we will confirm you if the tour will be available the new date you requested.

In the case that before the departure of any activity or guided tour, Konexion Tours is forced to significantly modify any essential element of the activity or itinerary, you will be informed immediately. In such a case, and unless in particular conditions the opposite is established, you will have the right to choose, within three days from when the information was sent to you, between accepting the modifications or cancel the booking without any cost.

Particular conditions

It is possible that the contracting of some services or functionalities is subject to particular conditions that modify the provisions of this Legal Notice. In this case, this Legal Notice will be supplemental to what is set forth therein.

Responsibility

Keep in mind that personal plans, including trips, accommodations or benefits, in relation to the reservation you have contracted, are at your own risk. We do not assume any responsibility for any loss of the right of enjoyment or lost expense
